Beginning in 2026, the Ace University Apprentice Program will use a clearly defined Grading Policy and Accountability Policy to ensure apprentices are evaluated on both technical knowledge and professional conduct. Apprentice progress and advancement are based on a balanced approach that reflects how success is achieved in the field—through performance and accountability.

Final grades are calculated using two components: 80% academic performance, based on coursework completed in the Mike Holt Capacitor platform, and 20% accountability, measured through an instructor-assessed Accountability Rubric. The rubric evaluates four key areas: attendance, participation and engagement, communication, and technology readiness and compliance. Together, these expectations reinforce the importance of reliability, professionalism, and active participation in the learning process.

Apprentices must maintain a 70% overall average, meet attendance requirements, and adhere to all accountability standards to advance to the next level of the program.
